My bsnl bb First Bill - 750 Unlimited

Hello All,

Desperately need your help in understanding the first bill as below:

Local Call Charges 2
Rent from 28-11-2010 to 01-12-2010 18
Accessory Rental 2506.85
Misc Facility Charges 3550
Service Tax 311.77
Less Adjustments Amount 500

So the total amount that i got is 5889. This is like shooting on my face at close range.....

Mine is a type 2 and i think i have indicated in the application to purchase it. Any help will be appreciated. Before this bill I had only paid 500 as security deposit at the time of submitting theapplication. What the hell is the facility charges???
