I have been having many problems with my BSNL broadband internet service and the problems have not been resolved in the past 3 weeks. First of all, the line is dead now and it has been dead for the past 3 weeks. I complaint about the same through the BSNL complaint number and yet no one has come to fix it. Now, I have to visit the internet cafe every time I want to access the internet.
The line man who came last time when I got a disconnection problem is also not picking up his phone. I have tried to call him up several times after registering my complaint to the BSNL. Last time, I had to give him Rs 50 just to fix the line and this time, he is not even coming to fix the line.
I request BSNL people to take their customer service more seriously and resolve the customer issue promptly. Otherwise all customers will leave them slowly. I also would happily move away from them but the only reason why I am still using them is because there are no other broadband service providers in my area.
